Electricity supply is guaranteed via the connection to the national grid. There are two 110 kw three-phase contactors. In one apartment there is a heat pump while in the others there are radiators. LPG gas is used for heating, the water supply is guaranteed via the connection to the municipal water network, the sewage system with private septic tank was redone in 2022.

Today one apartment serves as a master residence while the remaining three are generating income as tourist rentals. Alternatively, there is the possibility of uniting all the apartments and converting the property into a single master residence.

Just a few steps from the village of Città della Pieve, 15 minutes from Castiglione del Lago, 10 minutes from the Chiusi train station, 15 minutes from the A/1 motorway Milan-Naples. The nearest airport in Perugia is 40 minutes away, while the Rome / Fiumicino hub is approximately 100 minutes away.
